Welcome to the Staunton Yoga Co-op in beautiful downtown Staunton, Virginia. We are located across from Fretwell Bass and to the left of Celebrate!!. Our co-op currently has 7 teachers all dedicated to their craft and each brings their own grace and presence to our space. We offer classes in many styles including: gentle, Vinyasa flow, Ashtanga, Nia, and Hot. All are welcome, residents and tourists alike. It is our students that make this co-op possible. Because we share our space as yoga teachers, we can offer variety and most classes are “pay as you go” at a great rate of ONLY $10.00 a class!
